I am a focused team player who thrives under pressure and leads by modelling the attitudes and behaviours I expect from others. I am passionate about creating teams capable and committed to delivering excellence. As a leader, I inspire, involve and influence my teams and am never scared to insist when it is required to get the job done.

My Career to date

My recent experience includes lecturing and mentoring business students from MMU and UCLan, coaching start-up businesses owners and acting as an advisor and consultant to a range of international businesses and national charities around business growth, sustainability, employee engagement and customer experience.
Previously I founded and led the development of the first progressive youth work charity which was recommended to be scaled nationally by the then Children’s Minister Baroness Beverley Hughes.
I went on to work with the innovative OnSide North West developing a series of cutting edge, £5m youth facilities across the North West.

As part of this role I recruited and trained over 150 volunteers and led local engagement and strategic partnership creation across the North West.

Andy’s pioneering work at Onside meant that we had a strategy for volunteering for each of the new Youth Zones that we were opening.
