My story

I've been part of everything from accountancy firms and fintech platforms to private equity and e-commerce. The real story of building a business is much quieter than the Forbes-cover version — and a lot more powerful. It's clarity, systems, and doing fewer things remarkably well.

As someone with chronic fatigue syndrome and ADHD, I've had to build businesses that fit how I actually work. You won't find me hustling on social media 24/7. Instead I've built a group of companies that quietly deliver brilliant client experiences and keep growing — Buzz Accounting, Buzz Legal, Practice Group and Founder Capital.

What I believe

Simple beats clever. Consistency beats hype. Clients beat vanity metrics. Most businesses aren't broken — they're just leaking time, money and energy. My job is to find the quiet leaks and close them, then build the systems that stop them coming back.

I bring the discipline of a COO, the mindset of a founder and the connections of an investor. I don't hawk services you don't need. If your business has cracks — client churn, broken workflows, a lack of clarity — I come in, stabilise, then scale. All through systems built around people. I'm also a Fellow of the RSA (FRSA).
