Privacy notice

Last reviewed August 2026.

This website is run by Andy Jackson, who operates as a sole trader and is the data controller for the personal information described here. For anything in this notice, email andy@andyjackson.com.

What is collected

Only what you send. If you complete one of the assessments, your answers and your result are collected, together with your name and email address where you ask for the result to be sent to you. If you book a call, the booking goes through Google Calendar and includes whatever you enter on the booking form.

Why, and on what basis

To send you the result you asked for, to reply to you, and to run any work that follows. The lawful basis is consent where you have asked for a result or for emails, legitimate interests where you have got in touch and expect a reply, and contract where we end up working together. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works.

Who else sees it

Nobody else. Your information is not sold and never shared for anyone else's marketing.

How long it is kept

Assessment results and enquiries are deleted within two years if nothing comes of them. Where we work together, records are kept for six years after that ends, for tax and contractual reasons.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw consent, or object. Email andy@andyjackson.com and it will be dealt with within a month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
